(Realscreen) — Toronto-based production outfit Cream Productions has elevated James Farr to vice president of development.
Farr (pictured), who currently serves as director of development, will oversee the efforts of Cream’s development staff while continuing to produce and develop true crime, history and paranormal programming for both broadcast and cable networks.
