(Realscreen) — Toronto-based factual entertainment prodco Cream Productions has named veteran industry executive and producer Patrick Cameron as head of production.
In his new role, Cameron will oversee the production of Cream’s slate of series and specials produced for American and Canadian networks. He will report directly to company president Kate Harrison.
